Holistic Wellness Philosophy

Helping you build healthier habits for mind and body, grounded in research and practice.

Evidence-based guidance for balanced, sustainable wellbeing

I believe wellness is holistic: movement, nutrition, sleep, and mindset work together to support both mental and physical health. My background in Clinical Psychology informs the way I approach lifestyle guidance, ensuring it is grounded in research, education, and practical application.

To support this approach, I pursued certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, earning credentials as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC). While I am not currently offering personal training services, this training informs how I educate and guide clients in building healthy, sustainable habits.

My focus is on lifestyle practices that research consistently shows support overall wellbeing, including movement and activity, balanced nutrition habits, restorative sleep, and stress and mindset strategies. I integrate these habits into my own life, so the guidance I provide comes from both formal training and personal experience—not just theory.

All guidance is educational and lifestyle-focused. I do not diagnose medical conditions or provide medical treatment, and I encourage clients to consult licensed healthcare professionals for any clinical concerns.
